Compact, quick and punchy, the ADJ Focus Flex L7 is a versatile moving head luminaire for event production, rentals, and permanent installs where you need one fixture to cover wash, beam, and pixel effects, including concert venues, theatres, nightclubs, and houses of worship.

RGBL Color Mixing, Virtual CMY, and Tunable White

The fixture is powered by an array of seven potent 40-Watt 4-in-1 RGBL color mixing LEDs, each of which can be controlled independently. Through mixing the intensity of the primary LED colors, a huge gamut of output colors can be created to suit any mood or desired look. The fixture features a convenient Virtual CMY mode, which allows control alongside native CMY color mixing fixtures using hardware/software CMY color picker/pallete tools. It also offers Virtual Foreground and Background Color Wheel control as well as white light output with variable color temperature of between 2700K to 10,000K. This can be accessed either via linear control or a collection of 10 convenient presets. All of the LEDs used to construct the Focus Flex L7 are color calibrated to help maintain uniform output across fixtures from different batches.

Pixel Control and High-Impact Effects

With independent control of all seven LEDs, the Focus Flex L7 can generate impressive pixel-mapped looks, built-in pixel programs, and dynamic chases for eye-candy, stage texture, and aerial accents. Extremely quick motor movement supports high-impact effects, while 16-bit fine control helps ensure smooth fades and accurate positioning in programmed cues.

Motorized Zoom for Wash-to-Beam Flexibility

Motorized zoom allows the field angle of the Focus Flex L7 to be altered remotely between a wide 55-degrees and narrow 6-degrees, making it practical for both broad coverage and tight, defined beams. Output performance includes 14,329 lux / 4° beam @ 16’ (5m), 367 lux / 35° beam @ 16’ (5m), and 3500 lumens (zoomed out, full on).

DMX Modes, RDM, and Wireless DMX Integration

A flexible fixture, the Focus Flex L7 offers seven DMX mode options (requiring between 16 and 50 control channels) to suit everything from straightforward setups to full pixel control. It supports DMX512 with RDM (Remote Device Management) and includes WiFLY EXR wireless DMX with an onboard antenna for compatible wireless workflows. Customizable settings, including selectable LED refresh rate and multiple dimming modes, are accessed through a color LCD display panel with 6-button menu interface, and a USB port is provided for firmware updates.

Built for Production Workflows

Designed for demanding use, the fixture is fan cooled, runs on multi-voltage 90-240V power, and provides 5-pin XLR in/out plus indoor locking power in/out for cleaner, more reliable rigging. Pan and tilt ranges are 540/630 and 265 degrees, and maximum power consumption is 337W @120V. Dimensions are 7.0”L x 9.8”W x 13.7”H (178.8 x 250.0 x 349.2mm), and weight is 15.5 lbs (7 kg).
