NEW ADJ Focus Flex L7

Compact, quick and punchy, the ADJ Focus Flex L7 is a versatile moving head luminaire designed to deliver wash, beam and pixel effects from a single fixture. Built for event production and rental workflows as well as permanent installation, it fits naturally in concert halls, theatres, nightclubs and churches where a small footprint and fast, precise movement matter.

RGBL Color Mixing with Virtual CMY Control

The fixture is powered by an array of seven potent 40-Watt 4-in-1 RGBL color mixing LEDs, each of which can be controlled independently. By mixing LED intensities, you can build a wide range of looks, from saturated colors to nuanced pastels, while the fixture’s Virtual CMY mode helps it integrate into rigs that are programmed around CMY color picker tools. It also offers Virtual Foreground and Background Color Wheel control, plus white light output with variable color temperature from 2700K to 10,000K, available via linear control or 10 presets (2,700, 3,000, 3,200, 4,000, 4,500, 5,000, 5,600, 6,500, 8,000 and 10,000K).

For consistent results across inventories, all LEDs are color calibrated to ensure uniform output of fixtures from different batches.

Zoom Range for Wash-to-Beam Flexibility

Motorized zoom lets you remotely adjust output from broad coverage to tight, defined beams. The Focus Flex L7 can shift between a wide 55-degree field angle and a narrow 6-degree field angle (beam angle 4 to 35 degrees), supporting everything from stage washes to aerial looks. Its extremely quick motor movement is suited to high-impact effects, while 16-bit fine motor control helps with precise positioning.

Pixel Mapping, Strobe and Dimming Control

Because each of the seven LEDs can be addressed independently, the fixture can create dynamic pixel-mapped looks and built-in pixel effects. Electronic strobe and smooth 0 to 100% dimming support live cues and camera-sensitive environments, with selectable dimming modes (Standard, Stage, TV, Arch., Theatre, Stage 2 and user-settable dim speed from 0.1s to 10s) plus four dim curves (Square, Linear, Inverse Square and S Curve). Selectable LED refresh rates (900 Hz to 25K Hz) help tailor performance for different venues and filming needs.

DMX, RDM and Wireless DMX Options

A flexible fixture, the Focus Flex L7 offers seven DMX mode options (requiring between 16 and 50 channels, including CMY modes) to match your control style, from streamlined setups to full pixel control. It supports DMX512 and internal programs, includes RDM (Remote Device Management), and features WiFLY EXR wireless DMX built-in (up to 2500 ft. / 700 m line of sight) for cleaner installs or fast deployment. Wired connectivity is provided via 5-pin XLR in/out.

Tour-Ready Operation and Setup

Settings are accessed through a color LCD display with a 6-button menu interface, and a USB port enables easy firmware updates. The fixture is fan cooled and built for modern power and rigging needs, including multi-voltage operation (90 to 240V, 50/60Hz), indoor locking power in/out, and a maximum power consumption of 337W at 120V.
