The Avolites Quartz Titan is a compact, full-featured lighting control console designed for flexible show control in touring, festivals, clubs, and one-off events. With on-board processing and a bright, vibrant 12.1” angled touchscreen, it delivers a capable programming surface in a small footprint, measuring just 42.5cm wide, making it easy to fit at FOH, in a production booth, or inside a road case workflow. Offering full compatibility with Multi user, the Quartz is also well suited as a back-up console or an additional programming surface to help reduce programming time on larger systems.
Control, Networking, and Output Options
For physical output, the console provides 4 DMX XLR-5 connectors and supports 16 DMX universes from the console (8192 channels) for managing rigs that go well beyond a single DMX line. A gigabit network port supports Titan Net, Art-Net, and streaming ACN, and the Quartz is compatible with Titan Net for expansion up to 64 universes, which is ideal when distributing DMX over network to nodes across a venue or stage.
Hands-On Playback and Fast Programming
The Quartz includes 10 precision playback faders, 3 high quality optical encoders, and 20 programmable macro buttons for quick access to frequently used cues, looks, and workflows. The button layout is harmonised with the rest of the Titan range, helping operators move between Titan consoles with minimal adjustment. It also supports multi-band Sound-to-Light for audio-reactive effects when desired.
Displays, Connectivity, and Touring Practicalities
In addition to the built-in touchscreen with brightness control, the console offers DVI-D for an external display, a headphone output for monitoring, and a conveniently located front panel mounted super speed USB3 port for show files and accessories. Built-in MIDI input is included with no extra boxes required, and Titan Remote compatibility supports remote control options in appropriate setups. The chassis is designed for road use with robust construction.
