ETC's Four-Port Gateway is a DMX and RDM distribution device built on the quality and reliability of ETC's network development. Built for networking systems using industry standard streaming ACN (sACN) protocol, the Four-Port Gateway is compatible with ETC network system products. It uses bidirectional Ethernet communication with other network devices to send or receive DMX512 data and RDM messages, making it a practical bridge between networked control and your DMX/RDM devices.

Networked DMX/RDM Distribution

Designed for modern lighting networks, this gateway helps extend DMX over Ethernet so you can place DMX runs where they are needed while keeping control data on the network. It supports up to four DMX inputs and outputs and can transport up to 2048 channels of DMX over Ethernet.

Flexible Port Configuration

Each of the four ports is configurable for input or output, supporting up to four DMX wiring connections. Terminal Strip and RJ45 connections can be used in any combination, allowing you to match the gateway to installed infrastructure, touring racks, or architectural wiring practices.

Power, Status, and Setup

The gateway supports Power over Ethernet (PoE 802.3af) or an external power supply for installation flexibility. An integrated LCD displays status and configuration information, and setup is handled through Net3 Concert configuration software.

Standards and Protocol Compatibility

Supports Net3 using ACN and streaming ACN protocols and is ANSI E1.17 ACN protocol compatible. Remote Device Management (RDM) support enables two-way communication for addressing, status monitoring, and device management when used with compatible fixtures and controllers.
