Providing up to 45,000 lumens from its efficient 950W, 6,500K LED engine, the Elation Artiste Monet is a high-output moving head designed for applications that demand bright, punchy beams, quiet operation, and precise control of gobos, colors, and framing. It is well-suited for concert touring, large-scale events, broadcast and theater environments, and fixed installations where a single fixture needs to cover both tight aerial looks and wide, even coverage.

Color and Gobo Precision

Monet integrates Elation's SpectraColor system, offering traditional CMY mixing while adding variable RGB color mix for rich saturated primaries. Combined with variable CTO, the Monet can dial in anything from subtle theatrical pastels to highly saturated reds and blues, with a wide color gamut achieved by seven color mixing flags with 16-bit precision. A fixed color wheel adds UV and High CRI options to expand the available palette for camera-friendly whites and specialty looks.

Framing, FX, and Beam Shaping

For shaping and texture, the fixture includes a complete FX system featuring rotating and fixed gobos, animation, iris, dual prism, and dual frost. The full blackout framing system uses four framing blades with 360° continuous index and rotation of shapes for clean shutter cuts and repeatable geometry. A wide motorized zoom range of 6.8° to 55°, paired with a large 160mm front aperture, supports everything from narrow, high-impact beams to broad, soft washes.

Control, Networking, and Onboard Operation

Monet supports DMX and RDM, plus Art-NET and sACN for modern networked lighting systems. It offers two DMX channel modes (40 / 67), 16-bit pan, tilt, and dimming control, variable 16-bit dimming curve modes, and a high speed electronic shutter and strobe. Operational tools include motorized focus with auto-focus presets, DMX controllable LED refresh rate, internal macros for color, framing, prism, and frost, and DMX controllable variable fan modes to balance cooling and low-noise performance. Local setup is handled through a 6-button touch control panel with a full color 180° reversible LCD menu display, and a USB connection is provided for firmware updates.
