The NEW Chauvet DJ Obey 3 is a compact 3-channel DMX controller built for RGB LED wash fixtures running in 3-channel mode. Designed to keep color mixing straightforward, it provides hands-on control of red, green, and blue levels, plus quick access to pre-mixed looks, so you can dial in consistent colors for uplighting, wall washes, stage washes, and mobile DJ setups without a complex console.

Simple Color Mixing and Instant Looks

For fast, repeatable results, the controller includes 9 preset colors and built-in color macros, making it easy to jump to a look or make smooth transitions during a set. A master dimmer and adjustable strobe help you shape intensity and add impact when needed, while fade functionality lets you change or fade between colors more naturally.

Multiple Playback Modes for Different Events

Obey 3 supports three playback modes, giving you flexible options depending on the room and workflow. Use manual control for on-the-fly mixing, run built-in automated programs with adjustable chase and fade time, or enable sound-activated programs that respond to music for a set-and-forget lighting approach.

Zone-Based Control and Practical Live Use

Control fixtures in four different zones independently, useful for separating areas like stage left/right, dance floor, and uplighting. An adjustable blackout control provides quick access to fade effects and fast cutoffs when you need an immediate lighting change.
