The NEW City Theatrical S4 Par/Parnel Barndoor, Short (Pkg of 2) is a variable beam shaping accessory designed to control spill from wash-style fixtures, especially Source Four PAR units. Wash beams typically have a wide spread without a hard edge, so light can easily land on scenery, backdrops, or areas of the stage where it is not wanted. These adjustable, extra-large leaves let you shutter that soft beam, helping keep light where you need it.

Built for Spill Control on Wash Fixtures

Barndoors are variable beam shaping devices for wash lights, like Source Four PARS, LED wash fixtures, or fresnels.  The large leaves of the barndoor can be adjusted to shutter the light from places where it is not needed.

Design Details That Support Daily Use

City Theatrical’s barndoors have aluminum leaves for light weight and durability, and nylock nuts to enable the tension of the doors to be adjusted if wear occurs over time.  Round frames allow the doors to rotate to the optimum position.
