The BrightSign HD220 Player is a compact digital signage media player designed to drive a variety of HDTVs and computer monitors for digital sign and kiosk applications. With both HDMI and VGA video outputs, it can be deployed across mixed display environments, while its built-in control interfaces make it well suited for interactive installations and managed network deployments.

Digital Signage and Kiosk Connectivity

In addition to video output, the HD220 includes multiple onboard connections commonly used in signage workflows, including a 10/100 Ethernet jack for network connectivity, an SD/SDHC flash card slot for local content storage, and a stereo 3.5 mm mini plug for audio output. For interactive triggers or external control, a GPIO button is also provided.

Status Indicators and Service Controls

Front-panel LEDs provide quick at-a-glance system information, including a red status/error LED, yellow update LED, green power LED, and a green flash activity LED. A reset button is included for basic troubleshooting and recovery.
