This BrightBox Osiris Curve package is designed for fast builds, touring, and event production where a modular, serviceable LED wall matters. The 2.9mm pixel pitch supports close viewing for IMAG, corporate staging, and brand experiences, while the 500 x 500 mm tile format simplifies planning for standard wall sizes and repeatable layouts. With +/- 5° curvature, you can create gentle concave or convex looks without changing to a different tile family.

Image Performance for Live Video

The tiles pair 16-bit grayscale with a refresh rate of >= 3,840 Hz for smooth on-camera playback and consistent gradients in stage lighting. Brightness is rated at 800 nit, supporting typical indoor venues and controlled lighting environments. Each panel delivers a pixel resolution of 168 x 168 (pixel density 112,896 dots per meter squared) using Black SMD 1515 LEDs and a 1/28 scan mode.

Touring-Friendly Handling and Serviceability

Each tile measures 500 x 500 x 83 mm and weighs 17.6 lbs, a manageable size for two-person handling and dense packing in road cases. The design supports front and rear serviceability, which helps reduce downtime when panels are installed tight to a structure. Rated IP30 (Front) and IP20 (Rear), this system is intended for indoor use and protected environments.

Control and Processing

Control is handled via a Novastar system, with the included NovaStar VX400S-N processor for routing and managing LED wall inputs in common live production workflows.
