Designed for fixed LED video wall installations, the Osiris 3.9mm tile uses Black SMD 2020 LEDs and a 3.9 mm pixel pitch to deliver clean, detailed imagery at close-to-mid viewing distances. Each 500 x 500 mm panel maintains a slim 63 mm depth and a 15.2 lb build, supporting faster handling during layout, mounting, and service access.

Performance for Video Wall Content

Each tile provides a 128 x 128 pixel resolution (65,536 dots per square meter), 900 nit brightness, and a refresh rate of at least 3,840 Hz for stable motion and reduced on-camera flicker. With 16-bit grayscale and a 1/16 scan mode, the panel supports smooth gradients and consistent brightness transitions across large multi-tile canvases.

System Integration and Control

The BrightBox Osiris 3.9mm Fixed LED Video Tile is built around a Novastar control system workflow, making it straightforward to integrate into common LED processing and calibration setups. The tile uses a 2 x 2 module configuration for serviceability and uniformity across the wall.
