The 16-channel Yamaha MG166C 16 Channel Mixer is a compact analog mixer built for live sound, rehearsal spaces, houses of worship, and small venue systems that need multiple mic inputs, hands-on control, and dependable routing. With 10 mic inputs, built-in one-knob compressors on select channels, and flexible EQ, it is well suited for managing vocals, drums, acoustic instruments, and playback sources from one board.

The MG166C provides 16 input channels (10 mic inputs plus 4 stereo line inputs) with input gain trim, HPF, and a phantom power switch (+ 48V) for condenser microphones. For tactile mixing, it features illuminated CH ON switches and a 60 mm super smooth fader for precise level rides during a performance or recording.

To help you dial in a clear mix quickly, channels 1 through 8 include 3 band mid-sweep EQ, while channels 9/10 through 15/16 include 3 band EQ. Six built-in compressors make it easier to tame vocal peaks and even out dynamic sources without adding external processing.
