The City Theatrical PDS-750-TR Touring CB Power Supply provides power and DMX control capability for up to 12 Color Kinetics ColorBlast 12 or 24 ColorBlast 6 luminaires (or other CK fixtures), while eliminating the need for field address programming with a Zapi. Built for rental and touring environments, it combines a rugged enclosure with standard entertainment-industry hanging and mounting options, making it well suited for temporary installs and frequent load-ins.
Power and Control for Color Kinetics ColorBlast Systems
Designed to streamline deployments of CK-compatible fixtures, the PDS-750-TR converts DMX 512 to the Color Kinetics control protocol and distributes +24VDC power and data across 12 outputs. It supports 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz mains power (auto-ranging) and includes a 750W internal power supply for reliable operation across common touring power environments.
Addressing and Stand-Alone Operation
For faster setup, the PDS-750-TR includes a one-touch Mini-Zapi feature for reconfiguring fixtures with the correct starting DMX address, plus a DMX address interface using three rotary BCD switches for straightforward DMX address configuration. When a console is not available, seven user-configurable fade and chase routines enable stand-alone operation, and in Stand-Alone Mode the selected routine is also output to DMX Pass-Thru to help synchronize multiple CB Supply systems.
