The award-winning Altman FC-1 Broad Cyc (Focusing Cyc) is a lightweight, compact luminaire designed to provide an even wash of light on cycloramas and backdrops. It can also be used as a multi-purpose flood/fill light for stage and studio applications when you need broad coverage with controlled spill.

Precision Focus for Smooth Cyc Washes

Each compartment features a state-of-the-art, highly polished reflector that pivots about the lamp for precision focusing. A heat-resistant rear knob with indexed position markings lets you adjust and lock the reflector quickly, making it easy to match coverage across multiple units and fine-tune top or bottom light on a cyc.

Flexible Lamp Fit and Road-Ready Construction

Adjustable lampholders allow the luminaire to accept T-3 to T-8 lamps of three different lengths, 411⁄16″ (119 mm), 55⁄8″ (143 mm), and 69⁄16″ (167 mm), supporting a wide range of stage and studio lamp choices within the 300 to 1500 watt range. The Altman FC-1 Broad Cyc is built with rugged die-cast and sheet-aluminum construction, and its highly polished reflector includes an exclusive heat sink to improve longevity.
