Description

DMX Interface, DIN-mount, 24 Channel Analog to Digital (6.25"). Please note 6.25" of DIN Rail space is required for installation. A 50W, 24VDC DIN-Mountable power supply is included.

The Pathway PWINF 24-Channel Analog to DMX Interface converts 24 analog 0-10VDC sources or 24 dry contact closure inputs into a DMX512 signal, making it a practical bridge between architectural controls, sensors, relay panels, or other low-voltage inputs and DMX-controlled lighting systems.

Analog, Contact Closure, and Snapshot Recall Control

Use 0-10V inputs for proportional dimming and level control, or switch to the alternate contact closure mode for simple off/full DMX control. In recall mode, the unit can capture and play back up to 24 discrete, full-universe looks that can be triggered by contact closure, which is useful for spaces that need reliable scene playback without a dedicated lighting console.

Built-In DMX Merger and Inline Integration

A built-in DMX merger allows in-line operation with other DMX sources, including lighting consoles, controllers, or additional Analog to DMX units. Connections include one DMX input, one DMX thru, and one DMX out, plus a DMX line termination switch for proper signal management at the end of a DMX run.

Configuration, Status Indicators, and Testing

Set the DMX512 start address and operating mode from the front panel, or configure remotely via RDM using free Pathscape configuration software. Front-panel indicator LEDs provide at-a-glance status for power, processor, DMX input, and CCI mode, and a test function is available in both analog input and contact closure modes for commissioning and troubleshooting.

DIN-Rail Mounting and Electrical Specs

Designed for 35mm x 7.5mm DIN rail mounting, this compact interface measures 6.25"W x 4"H x 1.85"D (159mm W x 103mm H x 47mm D) and weighs 0.7 lbs (0.32 kg). It accepts 9-30VDC power input with 5W maximum power consumption, and data and power can be daisy-chained to other DIN Interface units. Previous part number: 1006.
