The ADJ Vizi Beam 12RX is a high-powered beam moving head built for concerts, clubs, and event production where tight aerial effects and fast movement matter. Powered by a 260W Philips Platinum 12R LL MSD Discharge Lamp (6,000 hr.), it delivers a razor-sharp 2-degree beam with motorized focus, making it ideal for long throws, mid-air looks, and cutting through haze.

Beam, Color, and Effects

Dial in looks quickly with 14 dichroic colors + white (including CTO, CTB, and UV) on an indexable color wheel for split-color effects and precise color positioning. The fixture also includes 16 GOBOs + open (including UV, CTO and CTB) with GOBO indexing for texture and beam shaping. For big aerial impact, two prism wheels let you stack and animate the beam using a 6-facet linear prism and a 24-facet circular prism. A frost filter is included when you want to soften the beam into a wider wash-style look.

Control and Connectivity

The Vizi Beam 12RX offers 2 DMX modes (14 or 16 channels) plus RDM for remote addressing and fixture management. It provides both 3-pin and 5-pin DMX In/Out connections and an IP65 power locking In/Out connection to daisy chain power between fixtures. Onboard, a color display with a 4-button menu makes setup straightforward, and a USB service port allows convenient firmware updates.
