The ACME LYRA is a multifaceted, LED spot fixture designed and manufactured by ACME for high-output applications where weather resistance matters. With an IP66 rating, the LYRA is built for outdoor use in all weather conditions. Its powerful 1000-Watt white LED engine delivers 35,000 lumens at a native 8000K color temperature, making it a strong fit for concerts, festivals, architectural events, and large-scale venue installs that need punchy beams and crisp image projection.

Color, output modes, and calibration tools

The fixture includes a CMY color mixing system, a fixed color wheel with five colors plus one high CRI filter, and a linear CTO color correction range from 2700K to 6700K for dialing in warmer looks or matching other fixtures and cameras. Output modes include Standard Mode (Ra>70) and HCRI Mode (Ra>90), with total lumen output rated at 35,000 lumens (Ra>70) or 25,600 lumens (Ra>90). The fixture’s color temperature output is listed at 6,500K, and the LED life expectancy is 20,000 hours.

Effects and shaping for shows and installs

For effects, the LYRA offers one rotating gobo wheel with seven high-precision rotating gobos, a static gobo wheel with nine gobos, and a bidirectional animation wheel for creating motion textures and atmospheric looks. Beam and image shaping is supported by two combinable prisms (4-facet prism and 4-facet linear prism), an iris, and a 4-blade shutter system that provides full blackout and rotates in both directions. Light and medium frost filters are included for softening edges and widening coverage.

Optics, movement, and control integration

The fixture features a 160 mm frontal lens and a zoom range of 6° to 50° for tight aerial looks through to wider projection. It produces sharp, crisp images throughout its range. Movement includes 540° pan and 260° tilt with automatic pan/tilt position correction, selectable 8- or 16-bit resolution, and a pan/tilt lock for safer handling and transport. Control is via DMX512 with RDM support, with five DMX protocol modes and channel options of 22/30/31/39/40. A 4 touch button control panel with LCD display is provided, and firmware upgrades are supported via DMX link.
