The XMT-500 is the flagship of the Swisson testing family, built for lighting technicians who need one tool to troubleshoot DMX, RDM, and Ethernet-based control networks on site. Network and Protocol Support for Modern Rigs

For hybrid systems that mix DMX lines with network distribution, the XMT-500 supports bidirectional Art-Net and sACN data exchange across universes through a dedicated etherCON port. This makes it practical for validating network-based nodes and gateways, checking data presence and routing, and confirming that universes are arriving where you expect.

Signal Generation, Monitoring, and RDM Workflow

Use the XMT-500 to generate full-scale DMX output for fixture testing and focusing, then switch to monitoring to view incoming data in real time during troubleshooting.
