The Strand Acclaim LED Fresnel is a full color theatrical Fresnel wash fixture designed specifically for small to medium spaces. The Acclaim has set the standard in 500W/650W lighting for a generation, and this LED version offers saturated stage color washes and dramatic highlighting capabilities thanks to the high quality, industry standard 4.75” front lens coupled with the engineering excellence that has set Strand apart for over a century. As a true theatrical Fresnel, it delivers smoother, more controllable washes than comparable PAR fixtures, with an even, soft-edged beam that blends cleanly with adjacent units for consistent stage coverage.

Beam Control for Theater, Worship, and Live Events

The integrated manual zoom lets you quickly dial in the look from a tighter highlight to a wider wash. The adjustable 10° to 40° zoom provides manual adjustment with minimal light scatter, and the beam’s soft edge helps avoid hard cut lines, hot spots, or the need for additional frost in many applications. For further shaping, users can add an optional rotating fourleaf barndoor that mounts on the front of the fixture and rotates around the axis for the perfect angle.

Color Mixing and Consistency Across the Series

Built with the DNA of Strand, the Acclaim LED Fresnel is a cost-effective luminaire from the original name in theatrical lighting. It uses a custom LED light source and RGBL color mixing system for consistent output and color mixing with the entire Acclaim LED Series, making it easier to maintain a uniform look across mixed rig types and fixture positions.
