The Panasonic PT-EX12K Projector is a XGA large venue projector built for bright-room projection in auditoriums, houses of worship, lecture halls, and live event spaces. This lamp based projector is capable of displaying 13,000 Lumens at its brightest setting with a native resolution of 1024x768, helping keep presentations and video content visible even with ambient lighting.

Image Quality and Color Performance

The internal 3LCD technology is an innovative 3-chip design that sets itself apart by delivering vibrant, true-to-life images with better color brightness and a wider color gamut. Panasonic’s Pure Color Control device independently controls the light intensity of yellow for excellent color reproduction, and a full 10-bit image processing system helps produce smoother tonal transitions for gradients and detailed content.

Reliability and Lower-Maintenance Operation

A dual-lamp optical system helps support continuous operation if a lamp should fail, which is especially useful for scheduled events where downtime is not an option. Inorganic materials in the LCD panels and polarizers add durability to the optical block and help maintain image quality longer. For reduced routine maintenance, the Eco Filter needs no replacement for up to 12,000 hours.

The unique projector lens has the ability to be shifted to allow greater flexibility in positioning the projector relative to the screen. A vertical 360 degree installation, powered zoom/focus, powered horizontal/vertical-lens shift, and a wide range of optional lenses support a variety of throw distances and mounting scenarios. Corner Keystone Correction helps correct trapezoidal distortion when projection must be done at an angle, and the lens-centered symmetrical design contributes to easier alignment.

Multi-Projector and Control Options

For multi-screen environments, the Multi-Screen Support System optimally adjusts for multiple screens, including edge blending, color matching, and a multi-screen processor. Connectivity includes abundant terminals, including HDMI and two RGB input terminals, and HD/SD-SDI input terminals are also supported (optional board required). For remote management, it supports web browser control over a wired LAN, Multi Projector Monitoring & Control Software, and PJLink compatibility. The wireless and wired remote control allows the allocation of up to 64 IDs, and the LED light-equipped operation panel and terminal panel help with setup and changes in dark venues.

Show and Event-Friendly Features
