Description
The Altman 65Q 6" Fresnel is a lightweight, short-throw, all-purpose theatrical and studio luminaire designed to produce a soft-edged, controllable wash for acting areas, key light, and back light where beam shaping is not required.
These Altman 65Q 6" Fresnels show signs of heavy wear but are in good working condition.
Soft-Edged Beam Control for Stage and Studio
Using a 6" heat-resistant fresnel lens and specular spherical Alzak aluminum reflector, the 65Q delivers an even, soft-edged field that is easy to blend for smooth coverage. At a 15 foot throw distance, the beam can be adjusted from approximately 4.2 feet to 21 feet in diameter, making it well suited for everything from tighter highlights to broad area washes.
Designed for Long-Life Tungsten-Halogen Performance
The 65Q is designed for operation with long-life, high-intensity tungsten-halogen lamps and includes a spot-to-flood focus adjustment so you can quickly tailor the beam to the space without changing fixtures. Common applications include theatre, television studios, nightclubs, museums, and show windows where soft-edged controlled lighting is required.
