Optics and Beam Control

The ETC Source Four (Source 4) Leko features a standard Source Four ellipsoidal head and a 50 degree lens tube. The wider 50 degree field is well suited for broader area lighting at shorter to moderate throws, while the fixture’s three-plane stainless-steel shutter system helps you shape the beam precisely for trims, masking, and clean edges on scenery or performers. A rotating barrel (plus or minus 25 degrees) makes it easy to keep patterns, shutters, and framing oriented correctly after focusing.

Efficient Output with Cooler Color Media

Rated up to 750W and designed around the super-efficient HPL lamp, the Source Four combines a faceted dichroic reflector with optical-quality lenses to produce a bright, crisp beam. By removing 90% of IR heat from the beam, the reflector helps reduce heat on gels, gobos, and shutters, which can extend consumable life and keep the performance space cooler.

Service-Friendly and Built for the Road

Tool-free lamp adjustment supports quick touch-ups during focus, and the insulated rear handle improves handling during hang and strike. Rugged die-cast aluminum construction is designed for repeated use in rep plots, touring, and permanent installs. The fixture also supports Dimmer Doubling (North America only) for systems that use that workflow.
