These Arri SkyPanel S60-C LED fixtures show signs of wear and tear, but they are in good working condition.

The ARRI SkyPanel S60-C is a mid-range LED softlight designed for film, broadcast, and studio production, delivering a soft, uniform beam field with high output for key, fill, and interview lighting. Its fully tunable engine lets you quickly match ambient sources or create a consistent look across a mixed-light set, with correlated color temperature adjustable from 2,800K to 10,000K and excellent color rendition over the entire range.

Output and Color Control for Production Workflows

Unlike other tunable fixtures, SkyPanel makes no sacrifice when it comes to light output. SkyPanel puts out a tremendous amount of light in a soft and uniform beam field, making it a practical choice when you need softlight levels comparable to larger legacy sources (including the noted comparison to a 2kW tungsten soft light) while retaining the speed and flexibility of LED.

On-Board, DMX, and Network-Ready Operation

The S60-C supports simple onboard control for quick adjustments on set, plus DMX in and out for integration into lighting consoles and dimmer workflows. RDM implementation enables compatible remote addressing and status features, and the EtherCon port supports network connectivity. A USB-A port is provided for firmware updates, helping keep fixtures consistent across a fleet.

Power, Rigging, and Set Practicalities

With low power consumption (420 W nominal) and fully dimmable output from 0 to 100%, the S60-C is well suited to stages, locations with limited power, and long shooting days. The thin profile, lightweight and compact design, interchangeable diffusion panels, and fan mode selection support a range of setups from tight interiors to sound-sensitive environments. For mobile use, an onboard battery connection (23 to 36V DC) is available, and power is handled via an external lightweight PSU with a powerCON TRUE1 power connector.

Vibrant RGBW Color Gamut

In addition to white light tuning, the fixture offers vibrant color selection via an RGB+W color gamut, enabling saturated accents, subtle hue shifts, and practical color matches without gels.
