The Cineo Quantum II is a high-output 4' x 4' LED panel designed for film and broadcast setups that need a large, soft source with precise color control. It delivers up to 100,000 lumens across a diffused 4' x 4' aperture, making it well-suited for key, fill, or ambient sources on stages and location work where consistent, repeatable color is critical.

Output and Color Quality

The Quantum II provides variable white and color blending from 2,000K to 10,000K and supports full RGB with +/- green adjustment for dialing in skin tones, matching practicals, or blending with other fixtures. It uses Cineo’s proprietary phosphor-converted white light LEDs along with phosphor-converted saturated color LEDs. Because the phosphor-converted LEDs use the exact same dyes as the white LEDs, all light emitting elements of the Quantum II carry identical thermal stability and perform over time with identical differential aging. So after years of service, color stability remains consistent. For color evaluation workflows, it is rated TM-30 Rf 96+ and Rg 99+.

Control and Connectivity

The Quantum II operates on the Cineo C2OS platform, a Linux-based operating system that provides a wealth of new features and connectivity, and platform to support future StageLynx®smartstage innovations. Control is available via the on-board HD touchscreen, or remotely using wired DMX/RDM, built-in wireless CRMX (LumenRadio), or ART-Net/sACN over Ethernet and WiFi. A DMX Bridge output can convert any control input to DMX out for streamlined rig integration. User-selectable LUTs include UCS, REC.709, ACES, and legacy CineoColor, helping maintain consistent output across cameras and color pipelines.

On-Set Practicality

For high-speed work, the fixture offers flicker-free operation up to 10,000 fps. It includes an integrated power supply and supports 110 to 240 VAC input, up to 1,500 watts max via a locking True1 connector. The Quantum II is weatherproof with an IP23 rating for outdoor use, uses dynamic active cooling, and is designed for environments from -20ºC to +40ºC (max. temperature rise +45ºC).

Form Factor

The fixture measures 48” x 48” x 6” (1.2m x 1.2m x 14cm). Weight is listed as 55 lbs in the manufacturer overview, and 83.5 lbs (37.9 kg) including yoke and pin in the detailed specifications. A removable polycarbonate diffuser supports a broad, even field for close-in talent lighting and large-area coverage.
