The Elation KL Panel is a full-color-spectrum LED soft light designed for Film and Television workflows where accurate tunable white and consistent, even wash coverage matter. It delivers high output, precise color temperature control, full-spectrum color rendering, and a smooth beam that works well as a key or fill light on fast-paced sets.

Output and Color Control for Set Lighting

The KL PANEL incorporates a highly efficient 295W RGBWLC (Red, Green, Blue, White, Lime, Cyan) LED array and produces up to 24,000 field lumens with a 100° half-peak angle for broad, soft coverage. With a CRI of 95 and CCT adjustment from 2000 to 10000K, it supports warm practical-matching through daylight looks, plus fine-tuning via Green shift for better camera matching and mixed-light environments.

Power Options and Rugged, Portable Design

Compact and portable, the fixture can be mounted on a stand or suspended using any standard clamp or the included Junior pin adapter. Rugged housing with impact-resistant surrounds and base plate helps the KL Panel handle the rough handling on today's fast-paced sets. It is fully self-contained without the need for an external power supply, with an internal power supply and power pass-through. For location work, it can also be remotely powered through its integrated 4-pin XLR 24-36 VDC battery input (battery not included).

Flexible Control and Network Integration

The KL Panel can be operated through industry-standard DMX/RDM, Art-Net, or sACN protocols. It can also be adjusted manually using the included encoders and OLED display for fast access to Intensity, Color temperature, Green shift, and other settings while the light is mounted on a stand. For cable-free setups, it supports Elation’s E-FLY™ internal extended range wireless DMX transceiver to integrate into compatible wireless DMX workflows.
