These Elation Artiste Picasso LED moving lights are in good working condition. Built for theatre, broadcast, and touring applications, the Artiste Picasso is a full-featured, theatrical-grade LED moving head profile with a 620W 6,800K cool white LED engine, advanced optics, and over 23,000 total lumen output for bright, crisp projection and punchy aerial effects.

Optics, Zoom, and Image Control

Its ultra-wide, fast 7° to 55° motorized zoom lets you cover tight throws and wide stage washes without changing fixtures. Motorized focus and an auto-focus feature help keep gobos and textures sharp across varying distances, and the motorized iris supports variable pulse effects for dynamic looks.

Color, CTO, and High-CRI Options

A full CMY color mixing system delivers a broad range of shades from subtle pastels to rich saturated colors, while linear CTO color correction supports smoother transitions when matching camera or ambient color temperature. The fixture also includes 6 dichroic colors, including a high 87 CRI filter for more natural-looking skin tones and set pieces when color fidelity matters.

Gobos, Framing, Animation, and Effects

For shaping and texturing, the Artiste Picasso includes 7 rotating/indexing glass gobos and 7 static-stamped metal interchangeable gobos, along with 4 rotating full blackout framing blades with +/- 45° individual blade rotation for precise shutter cuts. A full 360° bi-directional animation wheel expands texture and motion possibilities, complemented by both 4-facet and linear rotating prisms, plus 2 frost filters for softening and diffusion. Internal color, framing, prism, and frost macros provide faster access to repeatable looks.

Control, Networking, and On-Camera Performance

The fixture supports DMX, RDM (Remote Device Management), Art-NET, and sACN for integration into modern lighting networks, along with Elation’s E-FLY internal wireless DMX transceiver. High speed electronic shutter and strobe, variable dimming curve modes, and 16-bit pan, tilt, and dimming control enable smooth fades and accurate positioning. For video work, adjustable LED refresh rate frequency and gamma brightness support flicker free operation for TV and FILM.

Rigging, Power, and Physical Specs

Designed for professional deployment, it features locking 5pin XLR DMX, RJ45 ethernet, and power connections, a full color 180° reversible LCD control panel, and battery backup for display power. A multi-voltage universal auto switching power supply (100-240v) supports flexible power environments. Silent fan mode is available for noise-sensitive applications, and low heat, quiet operation with hibernation mode (power save) helps reduce on-site distractions and energy use.
