Elation CUEPIX 16IP

The Elation CUEPIX 16IP is a versatile IP65 outdoor rated effect panel luminaire built for pixel-based looks on stages, architectural facades, and touring rigs where weather resistance matters. It features a 4x4 array of 16 30W 4-in-1 RGBA COB LEDs with a 62° beam and 87° field angle, delivering broad, punchy coverage for washes, chases, and mapped effects.

Pixel Control and Color Modes

Full pixel control plus five pixel flip modes make it easy to keep your pixel orientation consistent across different mounting positions, helpful when building large arrays or lining fixtures up in tight grids. In addition to RGBA mixing, RGB + Dynamic Amber channel modes provide more flexible warmth control for looks that need richer ambers without sacrificing saturated colors.

Broadcast-Friendly Performance

For broadcast, TV, and film environments, the CUEPIX 16IP offers flicker free operation with adjustable LED refresh rate frequency and gamma brightness. It also supports 16-bit dimming with variable dimming curve modes for smoother fades, and includes a high speed electronic shutter and strobe for crisp, repeatable effects.

Quiet Operation and Control Integration

With no fans, it is well-suited to noise-sensitive applications. Control and networking are designed to integrate into professional lighting systems, supporting DMX, RDM (Remote Device Management), Kling-NET, and Art-NET protocol support. It includes IP65 rated 5pin XLR, RJ45 etherCON, and power in/out connections, and a full color 180° reversible LCD control panel for straightforward setup whether the fixture is floor-mounted or rigged.

Rigging, Power, and Physical Specs

Mounting flexibility comes from 90° adjustable and fixed yoke brackets with 3-position holes, plus integrated fixture-to-fixture interlocking alignment pins/locks for clean, repeatable alignment in multi-unit builds. The fixture uses a multi-voltage universal auto switching power supply (100-240v). Dimensions are 17.3” (440mm) length, 8.1” (206mm) width, 17.3” (440mm) vertical height, and weight is 33.0 lbs.
