NEW Elation SIX+ BAR L

The Elation SIX+ BAR L is a meter-long, IP65-rated LED batten designed for creative washes, uplighting, wall and cyc lighting, accent lighting, and direct-view pixel effects in productions or permanent installations. Built as an upgrade to Elation’s SixBar 1000, it delivers higher output, a broader color spectrum, and a more refined quality of light for designers who need consistent results indoors or outdoors.

High-Fidelity Color Engine, Smooth Output

Equipped with 12 x 20W RGBLA+UV LEDs (RGB + Lime + Amber + UV) and an impressive CRI of 93, the SIX+ BAR L produces beautifully homogenized color with high-quality reproduction on skin tones, scenic elements, and branded colors. Its proprietary RGBLA+UV engine delivers high-fidelity whites and intense primaries with no color fringing, while the meticulously engineered optical system ensures even distribution across the batten.

Pixel Effects, Direct View, and Precise White Control

Designed for modern pixel-mapped looks, the fixture offers full pixel control across its LED array, opening up dynamic chases, low-resolution video-style effects, and segmented color patterns. Extra-large 50 mm lenses make it especially effective for direct view applications where lens presence matters on camera or to the audience. Output is rated at over 7000 lumens, providing enough punch for vivid color from a compact, linear form factor.

For installations and show environments that demand consistent white light, the SIX+ BAR L includes fully variable color temperature adjustment (2400K to 8500K), CMY emulation, and a virtual gel library, giving designers fast access to a wide range of LED color looks, including convincingly mixed whites.

Optics and Beam Shaping for Wash and Wall Applications

The SIX+ BAR L features a 52° x 14° beam angle with the included frost filter installed, helping smooth the output for wash and wall/cyc applications. The integrated accessory slot supports the included frost filter, with optional ND filters and other optics available when you need additional control over output level or beam characteristics. For wall wash scenarios, it also ships with an included glare shield to reduce stray light and improve visual comfort.

Rigging Flexibility and Fast Fixture-to-Fixture Layouts

For streamlined rigging, the innovative housing supports end-to-end interconnection and includes integrated L track on three sides for flexible mounting and positioning. Trunnions designed for attachment to the L track can be fixed at multiple points, which helps optimize placement around set pieces, architectural features, or obstacles when mounting options are limited.

Outdoor-Ready, Silent Operation, and Network Control

Wrapped in a durable, fully IP65-rated housing with C4-M marine grade coating, the SIX+ BAR L is built to withstand harsh environments, including coastal air. It also uses completely fanless convection cooling for silent operation, making it a strong fit for noise-sensitive spaces such as theaters, studios, houses of worship, and corporate environments.

Control options include DMX/RDM, Art-Net, sACN, and KlingNet, allowing it to slot into everything from simple DMX systems to larger networked lighting rigs. It also features proprietary Aria x2 wireless device management for simplified system setup and maintenance.
