The bigger brother to the Fusion 12 Z, the NEW Fusion Oom-Par Par 18Z is a 180W RGBL LED Fresnel zoom PAR built for punchy, modern looks on stages, events, and architectural applications, indoors or outdoors. Its single-source RGBL engine delivers up to 4,790 lm with CRI 80+, helping colors stay vibrant while maintaining natural-looking skin tones for cameras and in-person viewing.

Output, Zoom, and On-Stage Presence

The Fusion X-Par 18 Z pairs its 180 Watt RGBL light source with a Fresnel optic for a smooth, controllable beam. A large 190 mm (7.48 in) front lens creates an eye-catching output, while the wide motorized zoom range from 8° to 52° makes it easy to switch between tight aerial beams and wide washes without changing fixtures.

Color Control and Dimming for Live and Broadcast

For flexible color matching, the fixture includes a virtual color wheel with 64 Lee filters plus 4 white presets, along with a broad CTC range of 2500K to 10000K. Smooth fades and camera-friendly looks are supported via 0 to 100% electronic dimming (8 or 16 bit) and an electronic shutter from 1 to 10 Hz. With TLCI 80+, it is well suited for applications where lighting needs to translate reliably to video.

IP65 Construction for Indoor and Outdoor Use

The robust die-cast aluminum housing with an IP65 rating is designed for problem-free use in dust, dirt, or moisture, helping reduce maintenance in day-to-day operation. Cooling is handled by combined convection and forced air, with an operating temperature range of -10 °C to 40 °C (14 °F to 104 °F). Max surface temperature at Ta = 40 °C is rated at 90 °C (194 °F), and total heat dissipation is approximately 680 BTU/hr (calculated, +/-10%).

Control, Wireless Options, and Power

The Fusion X-Par 18 Z supports modern lighting networks and setup workflows with DMX512-A and RDM (ANSI/ESTA E1.20), plus wireless options including LumenRadio CRMX and GLP iQ.Mesh. An OLED display with 4-button navigation simplifies addressing and configuration, and multiple control modes (6) provide flexibility for different rigs and controllers. Power is handled by an auto-ranging switch-mode supply (100 to 240 VAC, 50 to 60 Hz) with a max power draw of 200 W at 230V.

Rigging and Physical Details

Designed for practical deployment, the unit can be floor standing with an adjustable foot, and includes an M12 thread for drop mounting or low-ceiling mounting with a bracket. The black housing measures 245 x 245 x 297.5 mm (9.65 x 9.65 x 11.7 in) and weighs 8.8 kg (19.4 lb).
