The XBlack Hydros Profile is a 1000 watt high performance LED engine profile fixture with framing. The Hydros Profile is an IP66 outdoor rated Hybrid fixture. It provides 35,000 output lumens, beautiful aerial effects, tight beams and wide washes to cover live performance needs in venues that demand both punch and precision, from indoor stages to outdoor events in challenging weather.

High-Output Hybrid Performance with Wide Zoom

Built around a 1000 watt LED engine, the Hydros Profile delivers strong visibility through haze and long-throw applications while remaining flexible for closer, wider coverage. Its linear zoom range supports tight looks and broad washes (listed as 5° to 50° linear zoom, with zoom also specified as 9° to 55°), making it well-suited for touring rigs and permanent installs that need one fixture to cover multiple roles.

Color, CTO, and Texture Tools for Show Design

The smooth CMY color mixing system is designed to build saturated and subtle tones, supported by variable CTO color temperature control from 6000K to 2300K for matching cameras, practicals, or warmer tungsten looks. For visual variety, it includes a color wheel with five color filters (with linear and half-color adjustments), rotating and static gobo wheels (6 rotating gobos, 7 static gobos), plus an animation wheel for motion effects. A rotating, bi-directional 4-facet prism, linear frost (0 to 100%), and an iris with macro functions help shape the beam for aerials, breakups, and soft wash textures.

Precision Framing and Smooth Motion Control

A full framing system (4 blades with rotation) enables clean shutter cuts and accurate isolation on set pieces, scenic elements, and stage zones. The fixture supports 540° pan and 270° tilt (both 16-bit) for smooth positioning, along with 0 to 100% mechanical linear dimming and strobe effects from 1 to 25 Hz (synchronized, random, and pulse).

IP66 Outdoor Rating and Advanced Cooling

Designed for outdoor deployments, the Hydros Profile is IP66 rated and includes a pressure equalizing M12 GORE valve to help manage environmental pressure changes. An advanced cooling system combines liquid block cooling with variable speed fans, plus a quiet performance mode when reduced noise is important.

Control, Connectivity, and Power

For integration into modern lighting systems, the Hydros Profile supports DMX and RDM with selectable control modes (35-channel Basic, 37-channel Standard, or 54-channel Extended). It uses 5-pin DMX data input/output, True1 power input/output, and a universal AC input range of 100 to 240 V (50/60 Hz), with maximum consumption listed at 1200 watts. An LCD display with a 5-button control panel provides local setup and status.
