NEW ADJ Focus Profile

The brightest and most feature-rich Focus Series fixture to date, the NEW ADJ Focus Profile is a professional caliber automated profile luminaire designed for theatrical, concert touring and event production applications. Built around a 400W LED engine delivering 20,000 lumens, it combines a native 6,700K output (CRI in excess of 70) with an extensive set of beam-shaping and color tools for precise key light, textured looks, and aerial effects.

Precision beam shaping for theatre and events

For accurate cuts and clean stage focus, the Focus Profile includes four independently controllable, rotating framing shutter blades (with shape rotation and +/-60-degree control), plus motorized focus, iris, and zoom. The wide 7 to 45-degree motorized zoom range supports everything from tight specials to broader coverage, while the replaceable medium frost filter helps soften edges when a smoother wash-like field is needed. An animation wheel expands creative options for moving textures and dynamic scenic looks.

Color control and consistent output

Color is handled with full CMY color mixing, variable CTO from 2700K to 6700K for matching practicals or cameras, and an additional color wheel loaded with 6 dichroic filters (four primaries plus CTB and CRI filters). For applications where color rendering matters most, the CRI filter enables output listed as 6,200K with CRI greater than 87.

Gobos, prisms, and effects tools

Two separate GOBO wheels provide both flexibility and fast look changes. GOBO wheel 1 includes 7 replaceable, indexed-rotating GOBOs, and GOBO wheel 2 includes 8 static GOBOs. For aerial and beam-breakup effects, the fixture adds two bi-directional rotating prisms (3-facet circular and 4-facet linear), plus a replaceable (medium) frost filter to tailor beam character to the room and the cue.

Control, networking, and touring-ready operation

Integration is straightforward with three DMX channel modes (36, 40, or 51), RDM support, and both 3-pin and 5-pin XLR DMX in/out. For networked systems, RJ45 Ethernet in/out supports Art-NET, and the unit includes wired digital communication networking. A 6-button touch control panel with a full color, 180-degree reversible LCD menu display simplifies local setup and troubleshooting.

Movement, output, and physical specs

Movement is adjustable with 8-bit or 16-bit resolution, and the fixture delivers 540-degree pan and 270-degree tilt with pan and tilt locks for transport. Output figures are listed as 44,330 lux (4,118 fc) at 16.4 feet (5 m) at a 7.32-degree beam angle, and 1,767 lux (164 fc) at 16.4 feet (5 m) at a 45-degree beam angle. Electronic dimming and strobe (1 to 20 Hz) support smooth fades and cue-based effects.
