The Kinta FX ILS is a compact multi-effect light with a Kinta, laser, and SMD strobe. What makes this exciting effect light even more potent is its ILS compatibility with the cutting-edge Integrated Lighting System (ILS) that makes creating coordinated light shows across different fixture types easy. Kinta FX ILS also has D-Fi USB compatibility for wireless Master/Slave or DMX control.

Its SMD strobes add eye-catching strobe effects and chases, and the built-in red and green laser casts hundreds of beams to add depth and energy to your look.

Control Options and Wireless Expansion

Control is flexible for different setups, whether you are running a simple plug-and-play rig or tying into a larger DMX system. Easily control the unit from DMX, Master/Slave, IRC-6 (not included - view accessories), or the digital display. Choose between 2- or 9-channel DMX modes (3-pin XLR) to keep programming quick or unlock more detailed control.

System-Friendly Power and Practical Specs

For multi-fixture installs, power linking helps reduce cable runs and cleanup time. Power linking supports up to 17 units @ 120 V (33 units @ 230 V). The fixture runs on 100 to 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz (auto-ranging) and draws 25 W, 0.5 A @ 120 V, 60 Hz (24 W, 0.2 A @ 230 V, 50 Hz), making it easy to integrate into mobile rigs and venues.

Light Sources, Safety, and Compliance

The Kinta effect uses 4 LEDs (1 Red, 1 Green, 1 Blue, 1 White) rated at 7.5 W with a 50,000-hour life expectancy. The strobe uses 16 white SMD LEDs rated at 5 W with a 50,000-hour life expectancy, with a strobe rate from 0 to 20 Hz. The laser system uses a 650 nm/100 mW (Red) laser diode and a 520 nm/30 mW (Green) laser diode. Approvals include CE, FDA, RoHS, and UKCA, classified per EN/IEC 60825-1:2014, and it complies with FDA performance standards for laser products except for deviations pursuant to Laser Notice No. 56, dated May 8, 2019.

Compact for truss, stand, or floor placement, the unit measures 7.4 x 10.3 x 7.4 in (187 x 261 x 187 mm) and weighs 3.8 lb (1.7 kg).
