Wireless Uplighting and Chase Effects

Designed as a compact linear wash light, the Chauvet DJ Freedom Strip Hex-4 works well for uplighting walls, columns, DJ facades, stages, and dance floors, and it also doubles as eye-candy for photo ops and scenic accents. With two independent control zones, you can build multi-color looks across the fixture or create segmented chase patterns without adding extra lights.

Compatible Control Options

The Freedom Strip Hex-4 functions as a D-FI transceiver, enabling wireless communication to or from any D-FI compatible fixture for streamlined cable-free setups. For wired control, it supports DMX via 3-pin XLR, and it can also run simple Master/Slave operation. Automated and sound-activated chase programs can be triggered via wireless DMX or the included IRC-6 remote, making it easy to get dynamic movement even when you do not want to program a full DMX show.

Its 4 hex-color LEDs (RGBAW+UV) deliver saturated color mixing plus UV-enabled looks for events and nightlife environments. The 25-degree beam angle (42-degree field angle) helps keep uplights punchy and defined, with illuminance rated at 1,217 lux at 2 m.
