Show-Ready Playback and Generative Performance

Hippotizer Tierra+ MK2 is designed to handle complex timelines, multi-layer compositions, and responsive, real-time looks. It supports uncompressed playback and offers substantial creative headroom with 32 concurrent 4K layers and up to 16 layers per mix, helping you build content-rich mixes without constantly compromising on resolution or motion.

FlexRes Codec (built into every Hippotizer V4 & V4+) provides an efficient, production-friendly codec family for managing high-quality media, while the integrated Media Management system keeps ingest and organization fast when content updates are frequent.

Flexible Output and Mapping Tools

For projection, LED, and mixed-display systems, Hippotizer’s output management and mapping toolset is built to adapt to unconventional canvas layouts. Output Mapping delivers flexible system configuration, and SHAPE 3D Mapping provides a complete 3D projection mapping tool set for precise alignment in live environments. PixelMapper adds a feature rich approach to mapping many thousand light points, making it suitable for large pixel grids and detailed fixture layouts.

Connectivity supports HDMI 2.0 or DP 1.2 output types, with 4 production outputs for robust show routing and display deployment.

Sync, Control, and Multi-Server Networking

For synchronized playback across rigs, the Tierra+ MK2 includes Genlock and software EDID emulation, with hardware EDID emulation available on HDMI (DP hardware EDID emulation is not supported). HippoNet enables control of multiple units from a single ZooKeeper with HippoNet, simplifying operations when you need a central point of control across a distributed Hippotizer system.

Network capability is geared for modern media pipelines, featuring 1 x 1Gb and 3 x 10Gb network connections to support fast media transfer and control in bandwidth-heavy setups.
