NEW Elation Fuze Spot

The Elation FUZE SPOT is an automated LED spot fixture designed for theater, television and a wide array of other precision lighting applications. Built around a 305W, 6,500K RGBMA LED engine, it delivers over 10,000 lumens with a 92 CRI output that supports accurate on-camera and stage color rendering. The 5-color homogenized array (Red, Green, Blue, Mint, and Amber) is carefully tuned for reliable color reproduction, while Virtual Color Temperature, Magenta/Green adjustment, and CMY emulation make it easy to match other fixtures, cameras, and venue lighting environments.

Color Control for Camera, Theater, and Broadcast

For designers who need consistent, repeatable color, the FUZE SPOT adds practical tools on top of its RGBMA engine: Virtual Color Correction for fast adjustment, Green/Magenta shift for balancing skin tones and camera sensors, plus a Virtual Gel Swatch Book for familiar gel-style selection in LED workflows.

Optics and Beam Shaping

The fixture is designed for applications where an automated ellipsoidal with impactful color range and quality is required, while still providing control over beam size and texture. A motorized zoom delivers a wide range from 7.5° to 39.9° beam angle (8.6° to 44.2° field angle), supporting tight specials, mid-stage coverage, and wider wash-style looks from a single unit. Variable frost helps soften edges when you need diffusion without changing fixtures.

Effects, Gobos, and Precision Positioning

Dual rotating gobo wheels plus an animation wheel expand the FUZE SPOT from clean projection to motion effects and texture, with additional tools including a 4-facet prism and a motorized iris for tighter framing and shape control. High-speed electronic shutter and strobe support punchy accents and timing-critical cues, and variable 16-bit dimming curve modes help tailor fades to theatrical or broadcast expectations.

DMX/RDM Integration and On-Fixture Control

The FUZE SPOT supports DMX and RDM protocols with 4 DMX channel modes (RGBMA 31/41 and CMY 29/37), plus 16-bit pan, tilt, and dimming control for smooth movement and consistent intensity changes. DMX-adjustable LED frequency helps reduce camera-related flicker in video applications. Onboard control is handled via a 4-button touch panel with a full color, 180° reversible LCD menu display. Connectivity includes locking 5-pin XLR in/out and IP65 locking power connector in/out, plus wired digital communication network support.

Engineered for efficient operation, the fixture is rated for a 30,000 hour average LED life and runs on AC 100-240V, 50/60Hz with 466W max power consumption.
