The LVM-170A features a true 16:9 aspect ratio LCD panel with 1920x1080 resolution and 10-bit video processing performance, allowing for faithful color reproduction and video scaling performance.
Production Monitoring Connectivity
Designed for flexible integration into video workflows, this 17.3-inch monitor supports 2x 3G/HD/SD-SDI inputs (with one loop out) and 1080p60 signals. It also provides DVI-I and HDMI inputs, plus component and composite in/out for compatibility with a wide range of cameras, switchers, and legacy sources.
On-Set and Post Tools
To support faster evaluation and consistent results, the LVM-170A includes built-in monitoring aids such as waveform and vectorscope, focus assist, and CEA-608/708 closed caption support over SDI. Embedded audio can be monitored with a 16-channel audio level meter and an internal speaker.
Calibration and Image Performance
The monitor includes built-in auto calibration (requires probe) and 12-bit video processing for precise handling of video signals. The LCD panel offers 16.7M colors with 8-bit w/FRC dithering, a 0.199mm pixel pitch, 170° horizontal and vertical viewing angles, 300cd/m2 luminance, and an 800:1 contrast ratio.
