Used with ARRI flicker-free Electronic Ballasts, the TRUE BLUE D-Series is well suited for film and broadcast applications that demand stable, consistent light for camera.

Built for location lighting

Where a lightweight Fresnel spotlight using daylight characteristics with compact size and high efficiency are needed, ARRI TRUE BLUE D-Series Fresnels are the preferred choice. ARRI's elegant modular construction, using corrosion-resistant aluminium extrusions and lightweight die castings, offers great structural strength and weather resistance. Protection class IP23 supports reliable use in demanding environments.

Optimized output and temperature management

The D25 HMI 2500W Fresnel Head stays true to its Arri roots with its compact size, while reducing weight and maximizing light output. True Blue heads also feature a new cross-cooling system, lamp housing temp is reduced 25%; lens temp, 17%, helping manage heat during extended shoots.

Accessory-friendly design and fast handling

For modifier-heavy setups, a redesigned stirrup and improved tilt lock make using Chimera or similar light modifiers easier, while keeping positioning secure. Adjustable accessory brackets and a barndoor safety catch support faster accessory changes on set, and stainless steel lens protection helps safeguard the 10-inch Fresnel lens during transport and use. The robust True Blue barndoors and robust location top latch are designed for frequent setup and teardown.
