NEW Arri SkyPanel S60-C

The NEW Arri SkyPanel S60-C is a mid-range, fully tunable LED soft light designed for film, TV, and studio workflows that demand high output, accurate color, and fast on-set control. The S60 features a light aperture of 645 x 300 mm and accommodates the vast majority of applications. It is fully tunable; correlated color temperature is adjusted between 2,800K and 10,000K with excellent color rendition over the entire range. Unlike other tunable fixtures, SkyPanel makes no sacrifice when it comes to light output. SkyPanel puts out a tremendous amount of light, in a soft and uniform beam field.

Light Quality and Color Control

With full tunability from 2,800K to 10,000K and a vibrant RGB+W color gamut, the S60-C is built for matching ambient sources, creating motivated color effects, and dialing in consistent looks across multiple fixtures. The soft, beautiful beam helps deliver flattering wrap for interviews, key light, and fill, while interchangeable diffusion panels let you fine-tune the softness and spread for the scene.

Output, Power, and On-Set Practicality

Despite its compact, thin-profile design, the S60-C delivers tremendous output (noted as brighter than a 2kW tungsten soft light) while maintaining low power consumption (420 W nominal). It is fully dimmable from 0 to 100% for quick exposure adjustments without changing fixtures or diffusion, and it supports on-board battery connection (23 to 36V DC) for location work where AC power is limited.

Controls, Connectivity, and Integration

The SkyPanel S60-C supports a range of professional control and networking needs, including an onboard simple control panel, onboard DMX in and out, RDM implementation, an EtherCon port for network connectivity, and a USB-A connection for firmware updates. Fan mode selection helps manage noise and cooling considerations on sound-sensitive sets. Power is handled via an external lightweight PSU and a powerCON TRUE1 power connector.

A wide range of accessories is available, helping you tailor the fixture for common rigging, diffusion, and control scenarios. The S60-C is available in Blue/Silver and Black to match kit preferences and studio environments.
