The Chauvet Professional Ovation E-160WW is a virtually silent, warm white ERS-style ellipsoidal designed for theater and studio applications where smooth dimming and clean gobo projection matter. It delivers output similar to a tungsten 575 W light source while drawing less than 100 W of power, making it a practical option for reducing heat and power draw without giving up the familiar ellipsoidal look.

Warm White Output With Theatrical Dimming

Ovation E-160WW features ultra-smooth 16-bit electronic dimming, plus selectable 8-bit dimming curves to match your existing lighting scheme and cues. Dimming remains smooth all the way down to the bottom of the curve, which is especially useful for fades and low-level stage looks.

Flat Field For Cleaner Gobo Projection

This ellipsoidal projects a flat, even field of light to support sharper, more consistent gobo projection across the beam. The zoom is manual, and shutter and strobe functions are electronic with a strobe rate of 0 to 29 Hz.

Flexible Control For Stage And Camera

For system integration, the fixture supports RDM (Remote Device Management) and offers adjustable PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to help avoid flicker on camera. Data connectivity is provided via 3-pin and 5-pin XLR.

Power And Connections

Power input is via Neutrik powerCON, with power output also on Neutrik powerCON for streamlined power linking. The power connection is an Edison (Local) plug to Neutrik powerCON, and the included power cable length is 5 ft (1.5 m). Color temperature presets are available, and there are 4 dim modes for additional setup flexibility.
