ETC Response Opto Splitter Rack Mount
Description
The ETC Response OPTO-Splitter Rack Mount allows a single DMX512 line to be configured in a star configuration, making it easy to distribute DMX throughout your theater for control of moving lights and scrollers. With five separate DMX512 outputs, it supports clean, organized signal distribution from one input to multiple DMX runs.
Designed for professional lighting control systems, the OPTO-Splitter optically isolates inputs from outputs for ground fault isolation. In practice, this helps protect your DMX network by reducing the risk that a fault or grounding issue on one output run will affect the rest of the system.
DMX Distribution for Racks and Control Positions
This rack mount version is ideal for installations where DMX infrastructure is centralized in equipment racks, dimmer rooms, or control booths. Use it to fan out a console or gateway DMX output to multiple lighting positions, electrics, truss runs, or distributed nodes without re-daisy chaining devices.
