The NEW Ultratec Battle Fogger is a continuous-output fog machine designed for demanding environments where you need steady, reliable fog without constant reheating. It delivers continuous fog output from Ultratec’s award-winning Rapid Change Technology Heat Exchanger, supported by a large heating block and a strong whisper-quiet pump for consistent performance during extended runs.

Designed for continuous operation

Built around a microprocessor-controlled system, the Battle Fogger is engineered to stay ready during production workflows. Initial reheat time is 9 minutes, and the machine is equipped with electromechanical over temperature protection to support safe, dependable operation. A one-gallon integrated “no leak” fluid reservoir helps prevent drips and messes during transport and use, and the built-in handle makes positioning and load-in easier.

Output, control, and practical setup

For airflow performance, the technical benchmark specification is 3,290 cfm at 1 meter visibility, giving you a useful reference point for room fill and effect density. Fluid consumption is rated at 114 cc/min in burst operation and 47 cc/min in continuous mode, helping you estimate fluid usage for longer cues. Control is handled via an illuminated fog-ready switch on the remote and a full-function timer remote control, so you can schedule output with repeatable timing when consistency matters.

Rugged build and connectivity

The heavy duty, powder-coated chassis and special hammer-tone finish are designed to resist scratching and wear in real-world handling. For flexible placement, the Battle Fogger includes a built-in 4 inch hose adapter to help direct fog where you need it.
