The NEW Lightronics AR602 Architectural Wall Mount Dimmer is a flexible, powerful, and affordable architectural dimming solution designed for permanent installs in churches, schools, theaters, hotels, and other venues that need reliable, wall-mount lighting control. Easy to install and straightforward to use, it combines multi-channel dimming with DMX-512 connectivity and built-in preset scene control.

DMX-512 Dimming and Flexible Power Options

The AR602 is a 6 channel x 2400 Watts per channel dimmer that accepts DMX-512 signals. It can operate from either single or three phase power, helping it fit a wide range of electrical service configurations. DMX input with softpatch supports practical channel assignment for integrating with consoles and control systems.

Preset Scenes, Scheduling, and Remote Station Control

For venues that want consistent looks without relying on a console at all times, the AR602 allows remote station control of preset scenes. User-programmed scenes can be pre-stored in the unit and activated from compatible remote stations (several remote types may be used). It includes 100 scene memory, “snapshot” recording of scenes for quick capture, plus a calendar clock and event scheduler to automate recurring lighting events.

System Expandability

The platform supports an optional built-in wireless DMX for installations where running DMX cable is difficult. It also lists 2600W available as an additional capacity specification.
