The High End Systems DMX Processor 8000 adds extraordinary DMX processing capabilities to the Hog line by providing high-capacity DMX output and distributed processing for Wholehog control systems. Add additional processors (and an Ethernet switch) to scale the number of DMX universes to match the needs of a production or installation, without being locked into a fixed channel count.

Scalable DMX Output for Hog Systems

The Hog DMX Processor 8000 provides the output power for Hog systems. The Hog Operating System doesn't limit you to a fixed number of DMX channels, just add as many DMX Processor 8000s as needed to supply the specified number of DMX universes for your rig.

16 Universes with Distributed Processing

With an unprecedented amount of computing power, the DMX Processor 8000 manages 16 DMX universes with ease while expanding the power and reliability of the Wholehog control system as a whole. Its distributed processing helps offload crossfades and effects, supporting smoother playback and more predictable performance as show complexity increases.

Flexible Connectivity (XLR, Art-Net, sACN)

By providing standard XLR, Art-Net, and E1.3.1 (sACN) output at a steady rate, the DMX Processor 8000 fits cleanly into modern networked lighting workflows, whether you are feeding fixtures directly via DMX 512 or distributing universes over Ethernet to gateways and nodes across a venue.
